It starts with the color palette, Invitation design, fashion, paper goods, ceremony decor, cocktail hour, reception design, floral inspiration, transportation, and send-off. We create the details from your wedding colors to your theme, we create a cohesive brand for your soiree. We personally source the best linens, flowers, and details like Invitations design, escort cards, table numbers, signage, cake toppers, etc., for your event or wedding in order to bring your design to life. Design of specialty rental items, a unique escort display, lounge area, photo opportunity (custom backdrop, props, photo booth), a dessert display, specialty drink, and more! It depends on each individual client and their priorities. Seating Chart: We create a virtual seating chart for our client and event staff. Add table numbers, names of guests, and their entrée selection to each table for a visual printout and share it all Vendors to ensure a seamless event execution. This is a very helpful tool for several reasons. It helps to see how your inspiration is created into a cohesive plan that you can visualize. This is a great resource when you are meeting with other vendors so they can clearly see a defined style and vision and can stay within that specific concept.
